Prof Natalie Chan

Prof Natalie Chan is the Founder and President of Institute for City Transformation. Prior to that, she was the Director of Bethel Ray Bakke Centre for Urban Transformation and a professor in Urban Ministry. She was also the Program Director of 2 doctoral programs and a master program at Bethel Bible Seminary in Hong Kong (2012-2023). Her teaching and research interest is in Urban Missions, Faith & Work, Transformational Leadership as well as Gospel Movements.

Prof Natalie Chan had worked in finance for close to 20 years with the bulk of the time in Goldman Sachs prior to obtaining her Doctor of Ministry at Bakke Graduate University where she also serves on the Board of Regents. She is also a member of the Standing Committee at Chinese Coordination Centre of World Evangelism Movement (CCCOWE) and a board member at the Institute for Marketplace Transformation.
