Ir Dr Neil Kwan

BSc(Eng) MSc(Eng) MStat PhD; MHKIE CEng CPVA

Ir Dr Neil Kwan was raised in Hong Kong, has earned degrees from the University of Hong Kong; including BSc(Engineering), MSc(Engineering), Master of Statistics and PhD in Biomedical Engineering. By profession, he is a chartered engineer, valuation analyst and researcher; has served many local public organizations.

In particular, he is interested in the application of statistics at decision-making process; and is currently working as an independent consultant for startup companies to develop evidence-based business strategy. In addition, he has guided numerous doctoral students in Bethel Bible Seminary to conduct quantitative analysis in their research studies and advised several research projects conducted by Bethel Ray Bakke Centre for Urban Transformation.
