Dr. Wong Yeuk Kuen had served as the General Secretary of Ladder Mission. In the past 20 years, she has been working with different churches in Hong Kong for community transformation. In addition, she has equipped many believers to work together to bring transformation and the kingdom of God in their own fields. Recently, Dr. Wong has actively engaged in walking with pastors who carry the burden of church renewal; her desire is to see them enter into the process of returning to God, seeking God and following through.

Dr. Wong has founded a new team; the team is committed in imparting and walking with the younger generation in a new way, so that the young ministers and people can experience an inside-out transformation, be set-apart from the world and embrace walking with different generations. She is also currently a board member of Confluence for Remnant.
