Dr Tom Chui

Dr Tom Chui holds a Doctor of Transformational Leadership (DTL) degree and is currently the Director and Chief Trainer of Inclusive Impact HK. He is also a certified trainer at the Drucker Academy (Current MLA Foundation) and a recipient of the Hong Kong Management Association Award (Training and Development Excellence Category). Dr Chui is committed to a people-centred approach, helping businesses and individuals transform their ideas into meaningful and actionable applications through practical and engaging training, coaching, and consulting. He particularly emphasises mentorship and strengths-based approaches to nurture emerging leaders, fostering their creativity, adaptability, and sense of mission in a rapidly changing world, and promoting their potential growth through deep connections.
