Dr Juanna Chan

Juanna obtained her Doctorate of Transformational Leadership from Bethel Bible Seminary and her research focused on using Appreciative Inquiry to transform organizational development of the PolyU Staff Evangelistic Mission (SEM). She joined PolyU (formerly Polytechnic) and became a Christian there. She has been serving PolyU passionately for almost half a century. She is witnessing how the spirit of Appreciative Inquiry transforms the SEM culture. Alongside her knowledge in leadership, she is now studying Spiritual Direction in Tao Fong Shan. She has set up a task force lately with Dr Peter Liu (her Doctorate dissertation supervisor) as the advisor. The task force is exploring the integration of Appreciative Inquiry (the Mind), Spiritual Formation (the Heart) and Workplace Theology (the Hands) into a holistic ministry on the campus.
