Dr Johnny Tang
Dr. Johnny Tang is a civil and structural engineer with over 30 years of experience in designing and supervising major infrastructure projects in Hong Kong and overseas. He graduated from Newcastle University, UK, earned his Master of Science from The University of Hong Kong and was awarded a Doctor of Transformational Leadership from the Ray Bakke Centre for Urban Transformation at Hong Kong Bethel Bible Seminary. With infrastructure project as a case study, his research formulated the “Collaborative Blessing Platform", actively promoting market-place believers to leverage their professional expertise and cross-sector collaboration to effectively fulfill their blessing-extending mission.
Dr. Tang has served for many years as chairman of the church deacon board, assisting in the management and development of churches, schools, and social service organizations. He currently serves on a voluntary basis as a school board member for secondary schools and kindergartens, director of educational institutions, and development consultant for the Hong Kong Church Network for the Poor. He is currently involved in infrastructure development projects for the Northern Metropolis New Development Area.
