Dr Daniel Or

Dr. Daniel Or has over three decades of experience in law, ministry, and Christian education. He serves as a Director at Evangel Seminary, where he actively promotes the integration of faith and practical theology, equipping future leaders to transform their communities through gospel-centered action.

Dr Or holds a doctorate in Transformational Leadership from Bethel Seminary, where he focused on leadership rooted in “Immunity to Change” theory. He is the founder of CityLab, a ministry dedicated to empowering youth to adopt a transformational mindset and lead with Growth Mindset, in addition to promoting shared concept and leadership. Additionally, Dr. Or was one of the founders of the “Bethel Ray Bakke Center for Urban Transformation”, which was established to equip leaders for city transformation and later became part of Bethel Bible Seminary.

In his legal practice, Dr Or actively opened his office for Bible studies, creating a space where faith and work intersect. This initiative became a popular and influential practice among legal professionals, demonstrating how workplaces can be transformed by the gospel.

Throughout his career, Daniel has served and supported numerous Christian organizations, contributing his expertise to foster justice, mediation, and community transformation. His unique background in law and theology enables him to bridge the gap between spiritual principles and practical application, empowering others to bring meaningful change to their spheres of influence.
