Dr Andrew Ma

Since 2006, Andrew has been providing innovation training and consulting services to some the largest corporations in the world.

With a 12-year career in the hi-tech area working in leading tech companies coupled with 14 years leadership training and consulting experience working with leaders in different companies, he has developed unique communication skills to bridge the gaps between the tech and non-tech professionals.

As a committed Christian for over 30 years, he aspires to bridge the gaps across generations, church and marketplace, as well as tech and non-tech people. His most recent startup is called Xwine which aims to groom more kingdom entrepreneurs to impact Asia and the world. He also teaches part time in Bethel seminary, focusing on cross-generational leadership and Kingdom Entrepreneurship.

His rich education background includes PhD in Global Leadership from Regent University, EMBA from Western Ontario, BA. in Economics and BSc. & MSc. in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University.
